Mi Pro offers a truly responsible approach to air conditioning ownership. It offers the UK and Ireland markets a solution that is not just right for
Midea partners but is also a stand out choice for the end user.

All trained Mi Pro installation partners must be FGAS certified and can offer up to a 10 year warranty on ALL products and support the longest maintenance contracts. To validate this warranty a minimum of one Mi Care visit must be recorded by the Mi Pro Partner (original installer) via the Midea Mi Pro Portal at least once per year. Annual Mi Care visits are important for product efficiency and reliability and encourage the end user to maintain our products every year to keep their warranty valid.

Our strength is fully supporting our trained partners to grow their business and win more maintenance contracts whilst delivering the best possible end user ownership experience. To support this further, Midea is offering a Mi Pro Care Credit* of up to £150 per system on the successful registration on 1st years' service visit on the Midea Mi Pro Portal.

How to become a Mi Pro Partner

✔  Validate your FGAS engineers on the Mi Pro Portal

✔  Attend FREE training at one of Midea's game changing Training Academies, online or onsite*

✔  Register at least 10 installations for warranty using the Mi Pro Portal
