All trained Mi Pro installation partners must be FGAS certified and can offer up to a 10 year warranty on ALL products and support the longest maintenance contracts. To validate this warranty a minimum of one Mi Care visit must be recorded by the Mi Pro Partner (original installer) via the Midea Mi Pro Portal at least once per year. Annual Mi Care visits are important for product efficiency and reliability and encourage the end user to maintain our products every year to keep their warranty valid.

To support this further, Midea is offering a Mi Pro Care Credit* of up to £150 per system on the successful registration on 1st years' service visit on the Midea Mi Pro Portal.
